As part of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine [FOM] working group, I am delighted to announce that the revised guidance document is now on the FOM website and is freely available.
This new edition brings together a summary of the legal responsibilities placed on employers with a consensus on appropriate approaches that employers and occupational health professionals may consider. This is based on the evidence base to date and the current experience of the contributors to this guidance.
